Register your child for 4-Year-Old Kindergarten for the 

2024/2025 School Year

They must be 4 years old by September 1, 2024

To register your child, you will need the following information:

 Certified Birth Certificate

Proof of Residency in the Westby Area 

School District

Immunization Record

Completed District's Enrollment Forms
