Similar to the WIAA state tournaments, the Coulee and MVC Conferences are partnering with
GoFan to provide a cashless system for all athletic entry fees. All purchases for athletic events
will need to be purchased through GoFan in the very near future. Your tickets will be available
on your electronic device on the date of the event.
Electronic tickets will be available for purchase for the September 21, 2023, volleyball match
against Viroqua. Electronic tickets will also be available for purchase for the September 22,
2023, football game against LaCrosse Aquinas. This will be the first home opportunities to
purchase tickets electronically. Since this is new to our District we will be allowing for electronic
and cash purchases in hopes that people will move to all electronic purchases. Eventually,
perhaps even during the 2023-2024 winter sports seasons, we will be moving to electronic ticket
purchases only (no cash).
Seniors age 62+, do not need an electronic ticket to be admitted to a game. Seniors
simply need to notify staff workers that they are seniors or present a Coulee Conference Senior
Pass that will be accepted at all Coulee Conference events (HOME AND AWAY).
● If you look at the Westby Area High School athletic webpage you will see a tab for tickets
that are available electronically for purchase at some of our away games. West Salem,
for instance, will only allow electronic tickets. Other schools in the Coulee Conference
are running a hybrid cash/electronic system for the short term. Again, the Coulee
Conference like the MVC will become all electronic for athletic ticketing in the very near
future.

In this time of change I realize there may be some apprehension. To be sure, we will have staff
available at the events to help.
